The Face-to-Face interview was scheduled after I cleared 2 initial rounds 1 telephonic and 1 video. Once I reached their office, the Infrastructure manager asked me few basic questions and then he said he has a 'surprise' for me and the surprise was a written test. The written test contained 3 puzzles, 2 mathematics questions and 2 basic IT questions. I did fairly well and I handed back the answer sheet and then he asked me to wait at the lobby.
Then a HR lady came and told me that I can leave now and that they will inform about the outcome. Two weeks they informed me that I was not shortlisted. This is the first time I have encountered 'Written Test' for a Senior position. The HR and interviewer was not friendly at all. I had difficulty finding cheap accommodation in Frankfurt too.
