I have dumped this broker and submitted a withdrawal request for all of my money. Look at all of the phone calls now! Half a dozen calls in one day including some from my account manager! Seems they had my numbers after all….. They say it should happen shortly…then noting happens. Sorry to make yet another entry here.

What is important to note is that their PHONE service is no better and that in the chat below, after EVERY question or comment I made, there was a MINUTE pause with no response from the operator, just complete silence. Sometimes I had to make an additional comment to find out if I was still online with someone.

No calls, no money. I guess ioptions pay but doesnt pay in time, I mean 18 days thats a really long wait. After almost 3 weeks they sent HALF my withdrawal why HALF, nobody knows!! The rest of my money is still being held hostage. Over and over and over and over they say that their Finance dept is looking into, they are sending the funds asap, etc, etc etc….. On the website, it says that their parent company is UBS AG.

Can anybody confirm this? They are not disputing that they owe me the money, or that only HALF of my approved withdrawal was sent…. Is iOption still active or not? Its strange that I have searched our data base and find no record of this person ever having traded with us. I read about them in forexpeace army seems they are big scam who steal there clients money,dishonest about who they are and that they are regulated,Stay a way for your owen safety. I have furnished all required information my bank says they need. Very disappointed with the ioption platform. I traded only one evening, lost some bucks and finished for that time to come back later.

I forgot this matter and came back today to have a look at my money. To my surprise the website is closed and after searching the web I had to realize that iOption is not in the business anymore.
