Great place to grow. Offers many opportunities to make a lot of money and promote if desired. However, the job can be extremely stressful at times and demanding. But it does offer decent pay and benefits.

Very chill and caring people. I recommend everybody apply you'd love it. Great workplace with poor management. Job security at this place would definitely not be one of the up sides. The turn over rate is horrific. Nice pay, not at all able to accommodate schedules if you have job i. Asurion is a good place to work.

Procedures change all the time and it isn't always clear on how those need to be done. But the atmosphere is great. Great people and awesome environment.

It was a face paced job so time went by very quickly. The supervisors were kind of childish in a way. Almost felt like you were in high school with all the drama. If you needed help they seemed a little upset when really they have the time to help but they would rather sit around and talk or gossip.

But again its very fast paced so you go to work and do your job and learn to know what you have to do to avoid asking questions.

Asurion is one of the best warehouses its nice workplacesystematic ,clean,each person has his own station ,its one of the sit down jobs i have learned to be more organized and how to follow the instructions step by stepi learned all about checking the mobile software ,phone model on DMD, Dax ,Pervacio and NPI.

Management Lies and Never Follows Through.

In a typical day, Asurion is a pretty good place to be. The culture is fun and friendly, the direct managers seem to care about their people, and the calls that you deal with are generally challenging but engaging and interesting. The company as a whole, however is terrible. Management makes public promises to increase pay, change metrics, and help the employees succeed. After the promises are made they are broken. You are never given the pay you were promised, you are held accountable to unattainable standards, forex factory price is everything the reporting that they use to measure the standards are inaccurate and they admit to it.

Work at Asurion was self motivated. You could work overtime as needed and the benefits were above average. It was a professional and casual work environment. I moved into the Computer Help Desk position within the first year of working for the company. I received top notch training and continuous support working in the CHD Tech role which enabled me to be efficient and also provide excellent customer service.

Open door policy was sincere. Some managers will micromanage you, others will help you succeed. The Company is amazing to work for and has a lot of room for growth! The Supervisors are dedicated to making sure you as an employee are taken care of!

In the break room they offer free coffee, tea, and water. They also have located in the break room a "Heros helping heros" area which is where people can come and leave non perishable items for other employees in need! If you need anything they will not hesitate to get you what you need! They also offer a ride the bus on us program in case you need transportation which they give you a month long bus pass every month to make sure you can get to work!

Calls are constant with little down time. Nice people to deal with but at times will feel like a hostile environment. Unless you come in on a higher position, this job will be just a stepping stone.
